Spanish 101/102 Cultural Paper Instructions
1. The purpose of this assignment is for you to learn more about Spanish-speaking cultures through investigation.

2. Spelling and grammar will not be graded, but college-level writing is expected.  Grades will be based on overall evidence of cultural awareness in your paper.  Papers will be awarded satisfactory for full credit or unsatisfactory.  Unsatisfactory papers must be re-written until awarded a satisfactory.

3. Papers should be written in English in a double-spaced Microsoft Word document.  Follow this format and content guide.  Please do not add too much content.

4. Papers should include at least three references.  References may include websites, multimedia, interviews, printed materials.  Please ask if your resource is not included in this list.

4. Papers will be submitted to the professor (james.abraham@gccaz.edu) as an email attachment. Use your Maricopa student account for official correspondence.

5. Papers may be shared with other students as educational resources for informational purposes.

Possible Topics - You may also submit an idea to the professor for approval.
